Amarillo Christian Academy (ACA) is a Christ-centered homeschool support learning center operating through structured learning pods. Families voluntarily associate to participate in learning pods designed to enhance their child’s academic studies while remaining central in their education.

No. Amarillo Christian Academy is not an accredited private school.

ACA operates as a Christ-centered homeschool support learning center structured around learning pods, where families voluntarily associate to enhance their child’s academic studies. We provide organized academic guidance, structured learning pod support, and personalized instruction while parents remain the primary educators.

Because ACA operates within a homeschool support learning pod model — not as a traditional private school — we do not function as an accredited institutional campus. Instead, we strengthen and support homeschool families through structured academic services delivered in a faith-centered environment.

A learning pod is a small group of students who meet together through the voluntary association of their families to enhance their academic studies. ACA facilitates structured learning pods by providing academic services, guidance, and support while preserving homeschool flexibility.

No. ACA provides structured academic guidance, personalized instruction, and professional learning support — not simply shared enrichment.

ACA is designed for:

• Homeschool families seeking structured support
• Families who desire flexibility with academic clarity
• Neurodivergent learners needing intentional design
• Students who thrive in small, relationship-based learning environments
• PK–12 learners seeking Christ-centered academic guidance

ACA serves PK–12 learners.

ACA utilizes a variety of homeschool curriculum options based on each learner’s individual needs, academic level, and family goals.

We provide structured academic guidance, learning pod instruction, and support using curriculum pathways that best serve each student — allowing for flexibility, personalization, and appropriate pacing.

Our approach ensures that learners receive individualized academic support while maintaining the freedom and adaptability that make homeschooling effective.

Yes. ACA provides structured academic documentation, grading support, and transcript preparation services to assist homeschool families in maintaining clear academic records.

Yes. ACA is intentionally designed to support diverse and neurodivergent learners.

While we thoughtfully support students with existing IEP or 504 plans, formal documentation is not required for us to provide appropriate accommodations. We focus on what each learner needs to be successful — including sensory-informed environments, executive function development, flexible pacing, and individualized academic support.

Our goal is not compliance with paperwork, but meaningful support that helps learners thrive.

ACA offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time and hybrid participation, depending on family needs and pod availability.

ACA operates through structured learning pods and offers flexible participation models. Families can choose options that align with their homeschool structure and personal schedules.

Our Program Rates and Fees are available on our website and vary based on learning pod placement and scheduling options. Rates reflect the structured academic support and personalized nature of our learning pod model.

We invite families to review the Program Rates & Fees and schedule a tour to learn more.

Enrollment begins with a tour and meeting with our Director. If ACA is a good fit, families complete enrollment through FACTS, our online enrollment system. Learning pod placement is finalized based on availability and learner needs.

Yes. ACA is Christ-centered, and Biblical truth is integrated into our culture, relationships, and instruction.

We are not affiliated with any specific church or denomination. Our families come from a variety of local churches and faith backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to Christ-centered education.

Our goal is to cultivate a learning environment where students can RISE in faith, GROW in confidence, and SOAR into their God-given future.

Amarillo Christian Academy is not a private school. We operate as a Christ-centered homeschool support learning center structured around learning pods under Texas Education Code Chapter 27.

Because ACA does not operate as an accredited private school, we do not qualify under that category for TEFA participation.

The State is still finalizing how the TEFA “Marketplace” will function for vendors serving homeschool families. As additional guidance becomes available, we will evaluate whether participation as a homeschool service provider aligns with our model.

We will continue to monitor updates and communicate clearly with families as information becomes finalized.

Currently, ACA does not offer scholarships. We strive to keep our Program Rates and Fees competitive and accessible while maintaining the quality and structure of our learning pod model.
